The stone outdoor fireplace also has a adjustable 3 position grill for your outdoor kitchen needs, and features a unique construction that will no allow the stone work to crack with outdoor exposure. It also has a powder-coated steel door system, and assembly takes less than an hour.

What’s interesting is the fireplace allows it to be classified as recreational fire, so you can burn year around. We love the idea of being outside on the patio, and then having the ability to pull a leg of lamb out of the fireplace. Awesome.

At Mirage Stone Outdoor Fireplaces w/ BBQ

Outdoor kitchen ventilation can be accomplished by using the outdoor range hoods that are ETL listed for damp locations. These range hoods can be customized to the ventilation needs of the grill with HVI-certified performance options up to 1,200 CFM. Air King offers widths of 36″, 42″ and 48″ to cover typical residential outdoor kitchen needs. For a finished look, matching soffits and backsplashes are also available.

With homeowners adding outdoor living spaces and specifically outdoor kitchens, the Air King range hoods will keep the area free of smoke and odours. The Professional Outdoor Series range hoods are constructed of 304 stainless steel that will not discolor over time. The included dishwasher-safe baffles capture grease and debris and are easy to remove and clean. To illuminate the cooking surface, up to 3 dimmable 45-watt maximum halogen lights are included. An internal thermostat detects when the heat level rises to an excessive amount and will automatically start the hood. Together with warming drawers, side burners, sear modules, and stainless steel accessory doors and drawers, every Wolf grill marries performance with exceptional simplicity. All three gas grills also have the heavy-gauge dual-wall hood which opens with a light touch due to the spring hood assist feature.

Sculpted in double-wall stainless steel and carefully welded for seamless strength and beauty, Wolf outdoor gas grills use two types of heat, direct and radiant, to achieve the perfect temperature range and uniform heat distribution – the keys to flawless grilling. To suit the demanding American customer even better, all built-in teppanyaki grill models have received a major technical makeover, resulting in improved heating element size, which led to almost double the actual hot cooking surface. These new models are already rolling out for the Holiday Season 2009.

The intriguing teppanyaki cooking style makes for effortless delicious, healthy eats. The secret is the intense heat of the solid 304 stainless steel surface that seals in all the juices on contact. Paired with its patented sink-down-in-the-center feature when on, a CDS teppanyaki grill can replace bulky pans and woks, and perfectly complements any traditional barbeque grill, while freeing up storage space and doubling as additional work top when not in use for cooking. Main features include:

- Worldwide patented feature: center bows down slightly when on to keep the fine juices in place; reverts back to flat when switched off - Accurate temperature control from gentle 120°F up to 430°F, even [...]
(click here to continue reading ››)
